McClain Marketing Group Adds Seasoned PR Professional to Team
PORTLAND, Maine — September 30, 2008 — McClain Marketing Group, a strategic marketing solutions firm with offices at 75 Washington Ave. in Portland, today announced that Paul G. Engel has joined its account services and public relations team. Engel brings more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience in a variety of corporate, agency, professional services, and editorial environments in major business markets across the country.
Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing at the Portland law firm Verrill Dana LLP for the past five years. Previously, he held leading communications and public relations positions at Jones Day (a global law firm headquartered in Cleveland), and at world-class corporate and professional services organizations in Chicago (Ameritech/AT&T and Andersen Consulting/Accenture). Engel began his career as an award-winning working journalist at a major business press publishing house in Cleveland.
